  • Delivery times may vary due to external factors.
     

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders must be prepaid or paid on delivery (where applicable). 
  • Cancellations are accepted before food preparation starts.
     

3. Food Safety & Quality

  • We use high-quality, fresh ingredients. 
  • Allergens must be mentioned at the time of order; we are not responsible for any allergic reactions.
     

4. Liability

  • We strive for accuracy in order fulfillment but are not liable for minor variations in taste or portion size.

Return and Refund Policy

 

At Gen Z’s Mom’s Kitchen, we take great care in preparing fresh, hygienic, and delicious meals for our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we follow a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.




Exceptions

While we do not accept returns, we may offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • If you receive an incorrect order that does not match what you placed. 
  • If the food is found to be spoiled or unfit for consumption upon delivery.
     

To request a refund or replacement, you must:

  1. Report the issue within 30 minutes of delivery by contacting our customer support. 
  2. Provide clear photos of the food item and order details.
     

Refund Process

  • If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. 
  • Alternatively, we may offer a replacement meal at no extra cost.
     

Note: Refunds will not be provided for personal taste preferences, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, or failure to consume the meal within a reasonable time.
